Improve access
MnDOT will improve access and safety at the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 210 with a new roundabout. The project is currently in the design phase and is scheduled for construction in 2027.

The top issues:
- Poor sightlines
- Unsafe crossing conditions by foot or bicycle
- Poor lighting
- Delayed turning
- Slippery conditions and visibility
Summary of work
- Install a roundabout at the Hwy 71 and Hwy 210 intersection
- Upgrade pedestrian sidewalks and approaches
- Replace guardrail to bridges
